Hi, I’m Katie Cooper.

Overcoming burnout and stress was hard work, but changed my life. As a health care worker, mom and wife, the day-to-day challenge wore me down and then add a pandemic to the mix - it wasn’t pretty. Through diet changes, lifestyle modifications and learning how to prioritize my health, I am a new person.

I am now on a mission as a certified health coach, to help other health care practitioners find a healthier, happier life. Learn how to take care of yourself (not bubble baths and weekly massages - although these are great) with realistic and proven techniques.
